A resort property developer came to Brand Design complaining, “All resorts market themselves as unique, but Andesite Pointe really is.” To which we replied, “OK, convince us.” The developer’s passion for Crested Butte, Colorado where Andesite Pointe is located, and his desire to express that passion in an enclave of unique homes did just that. Our job was to create a brochure and direct mail piece that would immerse potential buyers in the ambience, history, and imagery of one of the most beautiful places on Earth.
